I provide expert guidance in the Marquette Method, empowering you to understand your fertility and achieve your family planning goals. Whether your cycles are regular or complex, postpartum, or you’re trying to conceive, your instruction plan will be designed just for you.
All sessions are held virtually via secure video call, with in-person options available in Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties for an additional fee.

Regular Cycles
For couples with regular cycles (cycles consistently between 25-35 days in length) who wish to avoid pregnancy.
Includes: Initial instruction and a full year of follow-up support.

Tailored for postpartum, perimenopause, irregular cycles, those transitioning off hormonal birth control, wanting to utilize the Mira monitor, or other unique circumstances.

Trying to Achieve
Targeted instruction and monthly support designed for couples focused on conception for six cycles, as most couples achieve pregnancy in this time.
Includes: Instruction focused on identifying your most fertile days and six cycles of monthly follow-up to provide continuous feedback on each cycle's conception attempts.

Renew + Refresh
Individual sessions, chart reviews, or extended guidance for clients previously instructed in the Marquette Method by Sara or another certified Marquette instructor. Discounts available for Sara’s returning clients. This option allows you to access support precisely when you need it, whether for a refresher or to address new circumstances, ensuring you maintain confidence through all of life's transitions.

What to Expect
All my packages, including initial classes, are individualized and tailored to your specific circumstances. Typically, this comprehensive support looks like:
An initial class (approximately 1 to 1.5 hours)
A 45-minute follow-up after about one month or one cycle
A 30-minute follow-up at six months or six cycles
Additional sessions can be added as needed to perfectly suit your unique journey. Every package includes unlimited email follow-up, chart review, and comprehensive resource materials for the duration of your support. Emails are typically answered within 1-2 business days.
